I worked with Ken Lee from 2012-2016, during that time an education above all else was what I received. I came to Sam looking to improve all facets of fitness. So not a big ask aha. I wanted to improve body composition, while improving conditioning, get stronger and move better. Sam delivered on all fronts. I was lifting heavy weights, my physique was changing and my overall performance felt like it was improving on a week in week out basis. In the past I would have struggled to find a programme that meshed this all together, but somehow Sam nailed it on the head. A testament to his knowledge and ability to personalise a programme based on my assessment with him. One of the biggest things for me, and I believe helped fast track my progress is that all workouts were extremely FUN. Working out for performance is great, but having fun while doing it all makes it that much better. Some days were more torturous than others, but never a dull day.
